Terms of Service

Service and acceptance
futbolik is a sports-and-entertainment app that compiles league and team statistics and produces automated calculations from them. It does not offer betting, investment advisory, or financial advice services; it has no affiliation with any bookmaker and neither takes nor brokers bets.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using it, you accept the terms below. These terms may be updated without prior notice; the current version is always on this page.
How to read these numbers
The percentages in the app are statistical calculations derived from past match data. They are the output of a calculation, not a tipster's opinion.
An outcome looking likely does not mean it will happen. Something shown at 89% will, over the long run, fail to happen in roughly one out of every nine cases — that is not an error, it is what a probability means.
Ads
The app shows ads. Some sections unlock for a limited time when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. You can decline; the rest of the app keeps working normally.
For what the ads collect, see the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal purposes. Scraping content in bulk with automated tools, sending requests that place an excessive load on the service, and attempting to bypass the app's protections are not permitted.
Disclaimer
Content is provided "as is"; no warranty is given as to its accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. The numbers here are statistical calculations, carry no certainty, and guarantee no outcome.
futbolik cannot be held liable for any damages arising from use of the app or from decisions made based on its content.
